i need help in gsm technology

I was in an attempt to inquire a GSM Alarm system that uses a SIM card to deliver SMS and voice message to user during the break in.

the company needed some network detials to send the suitable device to work in my country (Egypt):

1-RF Operating Frequency 434 MHZ (CE) , 318 MHZ (FCC) other frequencies are available
2-GSM Module : siemens TC35iT or equivalent
3-Bandwidth: Gsm 900
DCS 1800

WHAT SPECIFICATION I HAVE TO CHOOSE TO WORK WITH OUR EGYPTIAN MOBILE NETWORKS.
PLZ I NEED A REPLY URGENTLY....

Operating frequency here is 900 Mhz
also siemens TC35iT is ok as it support GSM 900 / 1800 Mhz
